Yes, we 100% meet AAFCO standards :) Our delicious recipes are formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Program for All Life Stages for growth and maintenance, except for large breed puppies (>70 lb as an adult).

If you order any time between Tuesday 10am and Thursday 11am, your order will be processed Thursday by 11am. Once processed, please allow for 1-5 business days for delivery. Samples take ~3 business days for shipping, 1 bag boxes take ~2 business days for shipping, 2 bag boxes take 2-5 business days for shipping, and 3 bag boxes take 3-5 business days for shipping.

Yes! Our food is appropriate for dogs in all life-stages. However, depending on the size and age of your pup, we do recommend that you first soften our food with water before serving it to your pup. We like to be extra careful here at Heed, and make sure we watch and feed our puppies slowly - just in the initial stages.
Soft stools during these transitions are 100% normal. Just be patient and her stools should be back to normal in 1-2 weeks. Please be sure to familiarize yourself with the different poop types and check out our Guide to Healthy Poop.
